Our mission is to provide an opportunity for both emerging and establish artists to exhibit and sell their work while benefiting a different charity each year. To date we have selected charities that serve children. We endeavor to raise funds for the charity through the sale of private view tickets and works of art while helping to raise the charity's profile and introduce new supporters to their cause.

Our rapidly growing success over the past two years has been in large part due to the support of a number of individuals (Friends) and businesses (Sponsors). We are ever grateful to them for contributing both time and money. These contributions have helped us to grow while keeping our costs low, thereby increasing the amount that is passed on to the charity each year.

As an International Open Competition & Exhibition, we have gone from strength to strength. In 2009, our 2nd year, we received submissions from across the UK, Europe, Israel, China and the United States. Each year's panel of judges is comprised of gallery owners, art dealers, established artists, art critics and writers, and an art enthusiast nominated by the charity.

The final selection of approximately 100 works is comprised of paintings, original prints, photographs, sculpture, prints and graphic art and is hung in salon style over a nine day period. Prizes are awarded by the judges in a number of categories and 2011 will see the addition of a second group exhibition of work from the 2010 prize winners.

As an individual you can also become a Friend and help support our mission at any of three levels shown below:

• Sapphire - for contributions of £95 - £599 You will receive -
  
  Complimentary tickets for 2 to the Private View, tickets for 2 to the Artist's Reception, an invitation for 2 to the Friend's Luncheon during the second week of the exhibition, listings on the Friend's Rosters on the Cork Street Open Exhibition Website & in the Exhibition Catalogue, Quarterly E-News Letters throughout the year.
  
  
• Ruby - for contributions of £600 - £1,199 You will receive -
  
  All of the benefits listed for the Sapphire Level PLUS Accommodation for two in London during one night of the Exhibition, an additional ticket for 2 to the Private View, and tickets for 2 to the Royal Academy's Summer Exhibition.
  
  
• Diamond - for contributions of £1,200 + - You will receive -
  
  All of the benefits of the Ruby level PLUS a prize category in yours or a loved ones name.
